Common questions

How does turnover-based pricing work?
Pro and Enterprise scale with your annual turnover, from £250k up to £300m. Smaller firms pay a lower fee and — as a share of turnover — the rate actually falls as you grow. We confirm your figure on a short call and review it at each renewal.
What is the difference between Starter and Standard?
Starter covers the day-to-day site basics a one-van builder needs — a site, the daily log, drawings and photo albums. Standard adds timesheets, a full site diary with plant and labour allocation, drawing mark-up and an equipment register, plus more users and priority support.
When should I move up to Pro?
Move up when compliance starts driving your day — Pro adds the full Quality & Safety suite (inductions, RAMS, QA inspections, accident reporting) plus full user, site and equipment profiles, with unlimited users and sites. If Standard's limits or paperwork are slowing you down, it's time.
Is the free worker profile still available?
Yes. Every worker gets a free Avanta ID — a verified profile with their cards and qualifications — free forever, no card required. The plans on this page are for businesses running sites.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. When Starter and Standard launch they will include a 7-day free trial, with no credit card required to start. Register your interest and we will let you know as soon as they are available.
Do larger contractors get a discount?
Yes. The rate falls as turnover rises, and Enterprise volume discounts apply on application. Talk to sales and we will tailor it to you.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
